Sohrab Naderi, an associate lawyer at Whitten & Lublin is drawn to employment law because he gets a chance to help individuals in all walks of life.  Sohrab brings a hard work ethic, cordial attitude, eye for detail and knack for legal research to every case he works on.

Sohrab represents employers and employees on all matters of workplace issues including wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, harassment and human rights discrimination issues.

Sohrab is a member of various professional organizations, such as the Canadian Muslim Lawyer Association, the Federation of Asian-Canadian Lawyers, and the South Asian Bar Association. Sohrab served as a Student Caseworker at the Queen’s Elder Law Clinic, which drafted wills and powers of attorney for Queen’s students and seniors in financial need.

While at Queen’s Law, he served as Co-President of the Queen’s Asian Law Students’ Association. He played a vital role in creating a space for Asian-identifying law students to make connections, both with each other and with people working in the legal industry.
